Privacy Policy

(General Provisions)
1. Aristol. Inc (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates WellPlat (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) which is a semi-customized cloud service for fitness club operators. We respect the privacy of users of the Service (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) and pay careful attention to the management of Users’ personal information.
2. As a business operator handling personal information, we handle personal information obtained from Users in an appropriate manner in compliance with other regulations concerning the protection of personal information.
3. We have established the following policy for the appropriate protection and handling of personal information obtained from Users, and will continuously and permanently work to establish a system for the protection of personal information and to educate our employees.

 

 (Definition of terms)

9. We may acquire information related to User privacy (“Privacy Information”) from access logs and IP addresses, etc. In such cases, we may use the Privacy Information without limitation in a format that does not identify individuals and that cannot be queried or matched with personal information.

 

(Purpose of use of personal information)
10. We use personal information obtained from Users for the purpose of operating this service and other services operated by us. The main purposes of use are as follows.
(1) To make important communications regarding the provision of our Services, etc.

(Security control measures)
12. 18. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, hacking, viruses, or other unauthorized acquisition of the user’s personal information by a third party, nor shall the we be liable for any such leakage.
19. We are not responsible for the privacy protection at the linked websites on the website related to this service.
